The building
The Dome breathes new life into the former “Grands Magasins de la Bourse,” later known as the Actiris building, transforming this iconic landmark on Brussels’ Place de la Bourse into a vibrant new destination.
The offices
The Dome features +- 7.300 sq m of state-of-the-art offices, located on the second, third and fourth floor, linked by an impressive glass atrium in the heart of the building and a private roof garden.
The residences
The Dome offers 55 flexible rental apartments, enhanced by a high level of comfort and a range of shared spaces, including relaxation areas and rooftop terraces.
Eataly & Delhaize
The commercial plinth of The Dome will welcome the long-anticipated arrival of EATALY to the Belgian market, while the Delhaize group introduces a new ‘Urban’ concept alongside a traditional supermarket.
