The long-awaited entry of Eataly
The Italian business EATALY makes its long-awaited entrance to the Belgian market. The concept extends across the ground floor on the corner of Place de la Bourse, Boulevard Anspach and P. Devauxstreet, as well as the entire first floor, covering +- 3,300 sqm in total. In this culinary Mecca, lovers of Italian cuisine can take full advantage of the food-court concept and its restaurants and cafés, as well as an Italian fresh-food and supermarket and a training centre.
A new urban concept

For the second retail space, covering a total of +- 2.300 sqm, on the corner of Anspachlaan and Kiekenmarkt, the Delhaize group has created a new ‘Urban’ concept especially for the ground floor of the building.
It should become Belgium’s flagship store highlighting Belgian products. It is a hypermodern supermarket consisting of various catering stands and an attractive range of food and household products.
The shop will be an indispensable element in the city of tomorrow. Whether you are a tourist looking for a typically Belgian experience right in the city center, a local looking for a quick lunch, or a commuter looking to do some quick shopping on the way home, everyone will find something to their liking at Urban.
In the basement a classic supermarket will be installed.
